The eye roast was chosen because the fat is on the outside of the meat allowing each slice of jerky to be as lean as possible, but still leaving the fat on the outside for that extra bit of flavor. KAPOW Jerky is gluten free, low sodium (210 mg per ounce compared to our competitors at 400 to 600 mg per ounce) and completely sugar free (0 grams of sugar compared to our competitors at 5 grams per ounce. KAPOW Jerky and Fit Pak's are a great alternative to junk food and great for diabetics.
