NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: Each batch of KAPOW Jerky is made from USDA Select Grade lean cuts of beef eye roast. The eye roast was chosen because the fat is on the outside of the meat allowing each slice of jerky to be as lean as possible, but still leaving the fat on the outside for that extra bit of flavor. KAPOW Jerky is gluten free, low sodium (210 mg per ounce compared to our competitors at 400 to 600 mg per ounce) and completely sugar free (0 grams of sugar compared to our competitors at 5 grams per ounce. KAPOW Jerky and  Fit Pak's are a great alternative to junk food and great for diabetics.

WHAT IS A KAPOW FIT PAK?

KAPOW Fit Pak's are healthy high protein beef jerky, fruit and nut snacks that were developed for the person who strives to eat and live healthy but doesn't want to sacrifice quality.

The nuts and fruit are packaged separately from the beef jerky to keep the flavors true to each other. Each pack also includes a toothpick. Who doesn't need a toothpick after eating beef jerky?

WHAT IS IN KAPOW JERKY?

Our beef jerky is gluten free, sugar free, low sodium and made with taste and quality in mind. One of the main ingredients used in our marinade contains 14 times more amino acids than others. Amino Acids are commonly described as the "building blocks of protein" which are vitally important to human health. That means they are responsible for strength, repair and rebuilding inside your body. Your tissues, your cells, your enzymes and your brain all get their nourishment and protection from amino acids. Since the body can not store amino acids, it is important to eat foods that are rich in them. Some of these the body makes. The ones it cannot make, called the essential amino acids, it must get from constant consumption of food.
